Jasmine Dragon Pearls

This process began during the South-Song Dynasty in China and was further developed during the Ming Dynasty in the early 1900’s. Green leafs are hand-rolled and placed under night blossom jasmine flowers. These flowers blossom on the tea and it's sweet floral aroma is absorbed. This process is then repeated 8-10 times for excellent flavor. Good for 2-3 infusions!
